This year’s event is packed with learning opportunities, hands-on experiences and new ways to connect with FM professionals from around the world. Whether you’re tackling sustainability goals, diving into digital transformation, or leading teams through change, World Workplace has a session (or several) for you.  The full schedule is now live and it’s time to start planning your experience.  ## Breaking Down the Session Types  This year, the agenda is more packed than even with something for everyone. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect:  ### IFMA In-Person Training  Want to get even more out of your trip to Minneapolis? Arrive early and join one of the in-depth [in-person training courses](https://worldworkplace.ifma.org/whats-happening/in-person-courses/?hsLang=en) taking place Sept. 13–16. These sessions offer continuing education units and support for IFMA credentials, topical courses, and workshops.  Whether you’re working toward certification or simply investing in yourself, these courses are a great way to kick off your World Workplace experience.
